Hi, I’m Alex - Cornwall’s only Amateur Pizzaiolo Finalist 2022!

I’ve had the concept for Shoreline Pizzeria since 2010, when I was in my first year of a Graphic Design degree at The University of Falmouth. I wanted to make handmade, high quality, wood fired Pizza’s available to everyone!

So that’s exactly what we’ve done….!

I’ve been refining my Pizza making skills for the past 6 years. Experimenting with different flavour combinations, dough hydrations and toppings! and in 2022 I beat 1000’s of applicants to become one of five finalists in the UK's best Amateur Pizzaiolo competition. From this, Shoreline Pizzeria was born!

Living in Cornwall has given me such an appreciation for the world around us, and I’m very keen to make sure that Shoreline Pizzeria’s impact on the environment is kept to a minimum. With this in mind, we’ll be making an annual donation to reforestation projects around the UK, along with a portion of our sales going to support the RNLI!

I’m passionate about pizza, and I love working with people. Being able to share my creations is an absolute honour, and it would be great to talk to you more about how Shoreline Pizzeria can help make your event a memorable one!
